Companies of whatever size should know important well-trained receptionists are to the success of their business. Money used for training the front desk staff is not a waste for it can return several folds in the form of an increased number of new clients and client retention. If you look close enough, there is a world of difference in the performance between a receptionist that received proper training and one who didn’t have formal training. The well-trained staff exudes more confidence in attending to the needs of individual clients and is efficient in running the administrative part of the job. The front desk office is not a boring place to be in. There’s so much work to be done and so little time. There are so many things to accomplish each day which are essential to a smooth and seamless operation of the company.
